We will inspect the site and provide you with a rough estimate. If the amount matches your budget, we will create a plan and decide on the specifications.

Proposal of plan and determination of specifications
We will suggest colors and specifications based on the content of the previous hearing. We would also like to hear your requests and opinions. After making a decision, we will create a formal estimate.

Provide a formal quote
We will present you with a detailed estimate based on the details you have decided. Please confirm the contents and sign this contract after agreeing to the terms.

This agreement
You will be asked to sign the contract and terms and conditions. After signing the contract, we will discuss and coordinate the construction start date, etc., and also decide on dates such as greetings to the neighbors and construction time.

Construction begins ~ completed
